As an Owner’s Rep, we deliver a very CM-focused approach. We start by helping the Owner analyze their design and vision to maximize their budget, guaranteeing complete alignment throughout the entire project. Our team then finds project partners, such as architects and engineers, evaluates proposals and scopes of services that align with the Owner’s goals, and taps into our extensive network to bring in the right fit for building partners. With our strong construction experience and expertise, we are able to negotiate contracts and oversee execution with the Owner’s best interest in mind. We provide construction updates and asset management reporting throughout development to track and communicate progress. With Keeley Properties managing the entire process, our clients benefit from our continual interaction start to finish, as we ensure that each element is expertly coordinated and promotes long-term success.
We have a robust track record of proven results, including:
·Centene Plaza: Delivered in 2010, Centene Plaza was the first office tower constructed in Clayton, Missouri in more than a decade, and one of the Midwest’s few multitenant projects to be completed during the recession. Its 27,000 SF floor plates, top-of-market finishes and premier location warranted St. Louis metro’s highest rents and demand.
·700 Market: A corporate build-to-suit for Spire (formerly known as The Laclede Group). The distinctive postmodern building was designed by Philip Johnson and originally completed in 1977. The historic redevelopment of 700 Market into class A office space was completed in March of 2015 in downtown St. Louis.
·Prosper Apartments: Partnered with owner to redevelop the 735-unit, 35-building property on 55 park-like acres in South Bend. The $15 million project included unit and exterior renovations. Keeley ran point as the liaison between construction, management, and ownership.
·Crown Center: With over a decade of board service for the Crown Center, a low-income senior housing facility located in University City, MO, Mark has spearheaded a two-phase, 122-unit, Low Income Housing Tax Credit project.
