Keeley Properties: 2022 in Review

Our teams take this role very seriously, engaging with the best design and construction partners, paying attention to the finest of details, and executing our projects with the highest level of pride and ownership.

This comes down to serving our customers with genuine care – our residents, tenants, tenants’ customers, partners, and communities. Keeley Properties provides white glove service in the real estate development, property management, and self storage spaces. 2022 was a year of incredible growth for each vertical, bringing new challenges and opportunities.


Multifamily/Mixed Use | 2022 brought the delivery of Marlowe, a ground-up multifamily residential development in the desirable Central West End neighborhood; the groundbreaking of The Clover, a 181-unit apartment complex at the Olive Crossing mixed use development, to be delivered in summer 2023; and a robust pipeline of projects in St. Louis, Phoenix, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Florida.


Property Management | The Property Management Team has grown our third party property management platform, leading to the addition of key team members including managers, leasing consultants, housekeepers, and maintenance. The team onboarded 1,050 units and 43,000 SF of commercial space, bringing the total managed multifamily units to just under 2,000! A strong pipeline for growth in 2023 is coming and the team is excited to bring the Keeley Properties difference to families and tenants across the nation.


BestBox Storage | 2022 was the first full year of operations for Keeley Properties’ self storage platform, BestBox Storage. This year, the team closed on over 100 acres of land, which comprises 22 assets and an estimated 12,500 units. With 13 groundbreakings, these facilities are slated to open in 2023, bringing the number of operating properties to 22. The team currently owns and operates 10 facilities nationwide, making self storage sexy.

As Keeley Properties continues to grow (the team more than doubled in 2022 alone!), there will be endless opportunities to give our clients, partners, and communities an authentic, personalized experience.
