MAY 19, 2023 – SAINT LOUIS, MO – Olive Crossing welcomes Paris Baguette as the first retail tenant in the multi-phase mixed use development. This will be the first Paris Baguette in the St. Louis market, as well as in the state of Missouri, adding to their 136 U.S. locations and 4,000 locations worldwide. As your neighborhood bakery café, the 3,179 square foot Paris Baguette will serve as a gathering spot for a quick bite, a business lunch, and everything in between.

Olive Crossing is a 14.8 acre mixed use development by Keeley Properties and KEAT Properties revitalizing the corner of Olive Blvd. and I-170. Along with signature multifamily residence The Clover, an office building, and a Marriott hotel, three parcels of Olive Crossing are zoned for retail. The first retail building will break ground this summer and will be available for tenant improvements in the fourth quarter of 2023. Approximately 7,600 square feet remain in the first building and the development team is actively in conversation with potential tenants.
A retail building of approximately 25,000 square feet is in the planning stages for the other two retail parcels.
