1. Online Application Process

Our leasing teams know how stressful moving can be, so we strive to make the application process as easy and seamless as possible. The process can be completed in as quick as 30 minutes! To start, each applicant must show a current documentation of income from your employer that shows at least 3x base rent, pass a credit & background check, and successfully pay the deposit fee. Our approval process is consistent across all properties, and we let our applicants know about approval as soon as possible. While hectic, moving can also be exciting and our teams will be there with you every step of the leasing process.

 

2. Unique Preferred Employer & Scholar Program

Headquartered in St. Louis, Keeley Properties maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with top employers and universities across the metro area. Many are part of our Preferred Employer & Scholar- Program, which allows residents currently employed or enrolled at one of these organizations to receive select benefits when a prospect or applicant shows documentation proving proof of employment/enrollment (an offer letter, paystub, W2, etc.).

 

3. Customizable Lease Terms

We know that life can change in a moment and residents may need to move at any given time. Our lease terms are flexible, and we work with residents to find something that makes the most sense for their living situation. Lease terms range from month-to-month to 18 months and anywhere in between. Our teams are ready to work with you to find a personalized plan that fits your specific needs. Renewals are quick, simple, and customized to your needs as well.

 

4. Building Security Features

The safety of our residents is paramount and high-end security measures have been meticulously planned and installed in each property. Building access technologies include LATCH, Butterfly MX, and key fobs specific to each unit. Secure parking garages and lots are accessible to residents only. Our teams are also trained through the KeeleySafe program, which covers safety topics across all we do.
