Maryville Arena

Maryville University, KEAT Properties, and Keeley Properties are partnering to pursue a potential redevelopment of Woods Mill Center at 141 and Highway 64 in Town & Country, Missouri. The project is in the conceptual phase and contemplates a mixed use development just south of the university campus featuring an approximately 3,000-seat multipurpose athletic venue and a 400-bed student residence hall. A structured parking garage is designed to support parking needs of both buildings. Multiple commercial retail spaces, outdoor plazas, green space, and bike & pedestrian pathways are included. The goals of the redevelopment are aligned with Town & Country’s 20-Year Comprehensive Plan, which calls for a vibrant and engaged community. Read the press release for more information.
