700 Market

The redevelopment of the historic 700 Market building into class A office space was completed in March of 2015 in downtown St. Louis. Our firm transformed the 130,000 square foot building for Spire (formerly known as The Laclede Group), which occupies 100% of the Philip Johnson-designed building on a long-term lease. The distinctive postmodern gem was originally completed in 1977 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
